As part of our development philosophy, all project contractors and development partners selected through our competitive bidding and procurement processes will be required to comply with established project bylaws, including workforce participation requirements designed to ensure that a significant percentage of jobs created during construction and development are filled by qualified Ghanaian citizens and residents.
Recruitment activities are expected to commence approximately sixty (60) days prior to project completion. During this period, qualified candidates will be invited to participate in a structured interview and selection process designed to identify individuals who share our commitment to excellence, professionalism, integrity, and service. Our objective is to ensure that a highly trained and motivated workforce is in place before the community and facilities officially open for operation.
